- Implement and customize Workday Extend platform
- Collaborate with clients, analysts, and development teams
- Configure and customize Workday Extend applications
- Develop and maintain integrations, reports, and workflows
- Provide technical expertise throughout the project
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues
- Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders
- Create technical documentation
- Stay updated on Workday Extend platform enhancements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience as Workday Technical Consultant
- 2+ years of experience as a Workday Extend Technical Consultant
- Proficiency in Workday Extend configuration and integration development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Workday Extend certification is a plus
