The Workday Data Conversion and Reporting Manager leads day-to-day data conversion and reporting activities for Workday HCM and Financials implementations. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, responsible for planning and managing data conversion tasks, leading report design and development, and partnering with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality, report-ready data throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting Workday implementations, with a focus on data conversion and/or reporting.
- Hands‑on experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
- Working knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks and data structures.
- Experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and validation across multiple data sources.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑based consulting environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and functional stakeholders.
- Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, Reporting, or related areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior consulting experience on Workday implementations.
- Experience supporting multiple Workday deployments or phases (e.g., initial implementation, optimization, or post‑production support).
Skills Required
- Extensive building and troubleshooting of Studio experience
- Current Workday Reporting, Advanced Reporting, Integration and/or Studio certification
- 4+ years developing Workday Integrations
- Strong understanding of HCM/ERP functional processes
- Experience with Workday security model
