Key Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end Workday data conversion activities, including data assessment, mapping, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation for HCM and/or Financials implementations.
- Design, build, and maintain Workday reports (standard, advanced, and composite) to support data validation, testing, and client business requirements.
- Partner with functional and technical team members to understand source data, conversion requirements, and reporting needs.
- Execute and support data loads using Workday tools while adhering to project standards and timelines.
- Assist in identifying data quality issues, troubleshooting errors, and recommending solutions to ensure accurate and complete data conversion.
- Support testing cycles (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) by validating converted data and reports.
- Document conversion approaches, mapping logic, and reporting solutions to support knowledge transfer and audit readiness.
- Communicate status, risks, and issues clearly to project leadership and contribute to continuous improvement of conversion and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience supporting Workday implementations, with a focus on data conversion and/or reporting.
- Hands‑on experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
- Working knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks and data structures.
- Experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and validation across multiple data sources.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑based consulting environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and functional stakeholders.
- Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, Reporting, or related areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior consulting experience on Workday implementations.
- Experience supporting multiple Workday deployments or phases (e.g., initial implementation, optimization, or post‑production support).
Salary varies based on experience and participates in Huron’s performance-based incentive program.
The estimated base salary range for this job is $115,000 - $140,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $128,800 - $165,200. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future
