POSITION SUMMARY:

Our capable Associates lead project work streams utilizing Huron tools and methodologies and industry best practices —as well as innovative analytics and technologies to implement complex, comprehensive solutions. Skilled relationship builders, our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentations. They collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. Everyone works in symphony to achieve a common objective: create and implement viable technology solutions. Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a Workday Compensation Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions in core and advanced compensation.
- At least 1-4 years of experience in implementing and maintaining Workday Compensation systems.
- Certification in Workday Core Compensation is a must.
- Certification in Workday Advanced Compensation is an added advantage.
- Certification or Experience in Benefits is an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Benefits related security, concept of passive events and its working, Open enrollment process and all benefit plan types
- Independently creates client deliverables for large, complex projects and/or clients; evaluates effort and requests support as needed.
- You will provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Compensation Eligibility rules, Compensation plans, Compensation defaulting, and Business processes is required.
- Experience in supporting Compensation review processes would be an added advantage.
- You will work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success.
- Demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype.
- You will assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal review.
- Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies.
- Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.
- Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.
- Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business scenarios.
- Experience in creating custom reports.
- Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Implementation experience in Core compensation or Advanced Compensation
- Substantial and measurable delivery of 1 or more compensation implementations for at least two phases.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
