Workday Analyst

Alphawave Semi is looking for a highly skilled Senior Workday Reporting Analyst with extensive experience in Workday HCM and advanced reporting capabilities, including Composite and Matrix reports. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing Workday reports to meet business needs, providing insights that drive decision-making, and ensuring data integrity across the platform.

What You'll Do

• Design and Build Reports: Create and maintain advanced Workday reports, including Composite, Matrix, and other custom reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with HR, Finance, and other departments to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Optimize Reports: Enhance existing Workday reports for efficiency and clarity, ensuring they align with business goals and compliance standards.
• Data Analysis and Validation: Perform data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Workday data.
• Provide Expertise: Offer guidance on best practices for Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Support System Updates: Assist with Workday updates, new feature implementations, and system testing related to reporting functionality.
• Develop Documentation: Create documentation, including report specifications, processes, and user guides.
• Mentor Team Members: Act as a mentor and resource to junior analysts and team members.

What You'll Need

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, reporting tools, and advanced reporting features (Composite and Matrix reporting required).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of HR and Finance business processes.
• Workday Security: Proficiency in Workday security configurations related to reporting.
• Additional Skills: Experience with Workday Prism Analytics is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
• Self-Starter: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

Your contribution will be recognized with a base salary within the range of $105,000 to $115,000 annually as It is influenced by your qualifications, experience, location, and the internal equity of our team to ensure fairness and consistency across roles. In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, employees are also eligible for additional compensation opportunities, including a short-term incentive program, Retirement & Saving Programs and participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
