Huron is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Associate to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) team. In this role, you will support clients in the ongoing administration, enhancement, and optimization of their Workday Adaptive Planning environments. Working alongside senior consultants and client stakeholders, you will assist with configuration updates, reporting, planning model maintenance, issue resolution, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career Workday professional looking to build deep expertise in Adaptive Planning while partnering with clients in a managed services environment.
Required:
- 1-3 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights
- 1-3 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
- Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- No travel - unless requested by client
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)
- May consider candidates with prior experience implementing TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions
- Experience supporting medium to large scale Adaptive Planning projects
- Experience with Adaptive in both development and administrative roles
- Should be able to manage clients up to Tier 3 support
- Prior PPS/AMS experience
- Experience with automation and integration of Adaptive
- Extensive knowledge of Excel
- Extensive knowledge FP&A processes and activities
The estimated base salary range for this job is $95,000 - $120,000 (USD). The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $109,250 - $138,000 (USD). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
