The Role

Our European Solutions Centre in Brno, Czech Republic is home to our software development and testing Graduate programme, specially designed for graduate and early career candidates! Over a period of approximately 34 weeks, you will gain experience in Software Testing, Development, Production Support and Delivery Management, combining both practical work experience and training & development.

Upon completion of the programme, candidates will be assigned to their new Tester or Developer role within the team, as part of a long-term unlimited employment contract.

During this programme you will:

  • Be part of a full-time, fully salaried team of ambitious graduates.

  • Learn how the software development lifecycle works at FNZ, with comprehensive learning and development courses.

  • Discover software testing of FNZ platforms, detecting bugs and writing solutions documentation;

  • Participate in business and systems analyst duties as part of the Analyst Testing team;

  • Work, meet and learn from international colleagues from all around the world.

Our graduate programme commences twice a year, with our next cohort intake on August 18th, 2025. Candidates will be selected through an engaging process of testing, culminating in interactive assessment centres which are held every two weeks.

Who you are:

  • You have an A or B+ equivalent bachelor’s degree, either in Computer Science or a related STEM/finance field,

  • You have a passion for problem-solving and technology,

  • Although no previous software development experience is required, successful candidates will be expected to acquire skills in C# .NET and SQL,

  • You enjoy working as part of a diverse, international team.

  • Able to relocate to Brno, Czech Republic, with pre-existing working eligibility (either EU citizenship or a pre-existing Czech work visa).
