The individual in this role provides exceptional wire transfer expertise, service, and support to Central Bank customers and bank personnel. Primary activities will include working as a team in a deadline driven environment to monitor all request channels, accurately collect, interpret, enter, and process data required to execute incoming and outgoing wire transfers in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. You will be proficient in all wire transfer processor 1 duties. Daily tasks will include verifying compliance of branch accepted outgoing wires, verifying accuracy and compliance of call-in wires entered by wire transfer staff, and reviewing and investigating OFAC violations.
Preferred QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who is a team player, an effective communicator, detail-oriented with a high aptitude for numbers, customer-focused, and can work well under time constraints. We are seeking someone with strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft 365 products.
