Windows System Administrator

About the Role

Flyte Solutions Ltd. is seeking Windows System Administrators to support enterprise infrastructure and Microsoft technology environments.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, maintenance, security, and operational support of Windows Server infrastructure and associated enterprise applications.

This is an opportunity to work in a structured enterprise technology environment with exposure to Microsoft infrastructure, virtualization, monitoring, security, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructure and enterprise applications.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, SCCM, Microsoft 365, and Skype for Business.
• Administer SCVMM and Hyper-V virtualization environments.
• Administer and support ManageEngine solutions, including ADManager Plus, ADSelfService Plus, ADAudit Plus, Exchange Reporter Plus, Desktop Central, and OpManager.
• Manage File Server and SharePoint access permissions.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, and system health using OpManager.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure- and application-related incidents and service requests.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities affecting Windows operating systems and hosted applications.
• Perform operating-system patching, upgrades, and service deployments using SCCM and ManageEngine Desktop Central.
• Perform routine server housekeeping and operational maintenance.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual operational reports.
• Support audit and regulatory requirements and assist with the closure of infrastructure-related observations.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
• Support infrastructure projects, information-security activities, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline.
• 1–3 years of professional experience administering complex Windows environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of:
  • Windows Server
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • SCCM
  • Microsoft 365 / Office 365
  • Skype for Business
  • Hyper-V
  • Failover Cluster
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure monitoring and administration.
• MCSE, MCSA, or Azure certification will be an advantage.
