Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain an automated provisioning system using Foreman for Windows systems in both air-gapped and connected environments.

Develop and apply security policies and OS hardening techniques to ensure the highest level of security for deployed systems.

Create and manage patch management processes to keep systems up to date with the latest security updates and patches.
-
Implement auditing and revision tracking mechanisms to monitor and document changes across the network.

Develop troubleshooting tools and processes to quickly resolve system issues.
-
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to integrate security best practices into the deployment processes.
-
Create detailed documentation and provide training for IT staff on the use of the automated provisioning system.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the system remains robust and secure.

Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-
3-5 years of industry experience in cybersecurity and automated Operating Systems provisioning.

Proven experience with Windows OS administration and deployment automation.
-
Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
-
Hands-on experience with Foreman for OS provisioning and management.
-
Excellent understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Red Hat or other Linux systems.

Proficiency in Python and bash scripting.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Docker or PodMan, Red Hat Satellite, and Red Hat OpenShift.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Experience with Visual Studio Code (VS Code) or similar development environments.
