The Digital Technologies Digital Operations group is seeking a motivated Sr. Analyst, Business Systems & Transformation Technologist to join our team of Windchill Administrators who support our PDM Software infrastructure throughout Classified areas in our Tucson Location. This candidate will provide application administration for a product data/lifecycle management system (PDM/PLM) to successfully develop, implement, and maintain PDM solutions across various classified programs. To thrive in this role means that you will be a self-starter, working in a fast-paced and diverse atmosphere under limited supervision. Application training on Windchill will be provided.

What You Will Do

  • Provide onsite IT and end user support for multiple deployments in primarily a Red Hat Linux environment, whether it be responding to help desk tickets or project-driven tasks. Examples include executing standard procedures for sustainment, deployment, minor patching, or major upgrades of applications, operating system, database, etc. Follow, update, and author technical documentation to complete those tasks.

  • Interact with individuals from multiple functions (cybersecurity, system administrators, program management, engineers, etc.).

  • Must be able to obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification) within 6 months of start date. (Training Provided by Department)

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued secret security clearance.  U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Working knowledge of Linux/Unix commands, operations, and administration.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
