Sales Support Representative
Site: TechnoPlaza 2, Eastwood, Quezon City
Reporting to: Sales Support Team Leader

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
A Sales Support Representative performs administrative tasks to support the sales team and
help them to gain and keep customers. The idea of the role is to increase sales efficiency and
effectiveness.
• Provide effective and prompt assistance on CRM (salesforce) and all other Vocus sales
tools to the account managers.
• Assist with general queries and questions relating to customer accounts, orders, reports,
and Salesforce.
• Work with account managers to troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer
accounts and other related issues to ensure excellent customer service and customer
experience.
• Assist with UAT for new system releases which impact sales process.
• Liaising directly with onshore/internal teams to achieve resolution.
• Provide continuance process improvement suggestions.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as requested by Sales Operations Management.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
• At least 1 year Telco background and/or B2B Sales experience
• At least 1 year handling non-voice / back office
• Experience in using Salesforce application is a plus but not required
• Proficient in MSO and/or Google Suite applications
• Strong problem solving and resolution skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a group
• Ability to adapt to changing environments, work processes and systems
• A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
• High attention to detail, with motivation and focus
• Team and customer focused
• Approachable with a 'can do' attitude
