Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is a full service lending company offering both Forward and Reverse Mortgage products including a complete line of residential mortgage, refinancing, specialty, and HECM loans. We employ a knowledgeable staff of experienced Loan Officers with an operations team that is second to none. Duties and Responsibilities
*Review income, credit, assets and property information against investor guidelines to ensure eligibility
*Review loan files to ensure regulatory compliance
*Order third party services such as title and appraisal reports
*Accurately review and input pertinent loan data into operational systems
*Submit for loan approval and gather/review all outstanding loan conditions
*Order loan documents and coordinate with third party settlement companies for a timely closing
*Prioritize and monitor daily workflow to ensure all loans meet closing deadlines with pro-active communication to partners, wholesale sales team and management
Skills and Qualifications
*Two years reverse mortgage processing experience required. Experience with the Wholesale channel is a plus.
*Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
*Excellent computer skills including knowledge of MS Office Products.
*Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
*Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing impeccable customer service
*Strong research capabilities
*Integrity and confidentiality when it comes to handling sensitive information
*Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with several different departments to achieve the same goals
