As a Data Analyst in Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), you support and collaborate with WLS Business Leads by providing both tactical and strategic assistance to advance business priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
Support and collaborate with WLS Business Leads by providing both tactical and strategic assistance to advance business priorities.
Assist leadership with key finance and business management functions, including operational and management reporting analysis, executive management reviews, and both routine and adhoc requests such as Quarterly Business Reviews.
Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvement and efficiency, generating innovative ideas and solutions to enhance business operations.
Prepare presentation materials for management, business groups, and other relevant stakeholders, while liaising with business teams on control and audit-related matters.
Utilize multiple complex data sources and stakeholder-supplied information to deliver decision support analytics.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, with minimum 3 years of experience in dashboard development and analytics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities, including identifying issues, gathering and manipulating data, building consensus, and supporting change implementation.
- Proven technical and analytical skills, with the ability to deliver accurate, error-free analysis and reporting, and a solid understanding of business drivers to ensure sound group analyses.
- Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Qlik Sense.
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies.

- Strong execution and project management skills, with well-developed organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to identify issues, gather and analyze data, build consensus, and support the implementation of change.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
