YOUR MISSION
- Provide direct commercial support to the Sales Team in relation to order hold management, indent/refill split management, monthly budgeting/forecasting, inventory and product life cycle management.
- Global seasonal forecasting in relation to sales/merchandise planning & customer information.
- Define the topline seasonal key account plans by channel including merchandise, sales and margin targets
- Create informed and aligned plans by channel against key customers, categories, gender, business units & division (FTW/APP/ACC)
- Pre-Line and Sell In seasonal teardown – range review & range planning providing key stakeholders insights.
- Establish monthly sales and inventory plan review by channel by key account versus the business financial metrics.
- Identify potential opportunities and risks against wholesale order hold and key account plans.
- Support monthly channel/key account reviews to develop actionable recommendations for execution
- Drive mid/long term plans based on key account growth & market insights aligned with merchandise, operations & marketing.
- Align financial plans by utilizing strategic key account growth plans overlaying marketplace information; market share, demographics & consumer profile & insights.
YOUR TALENT
- University degree in business or equivalent, ideally with focus on sales, retail and marketing
- 3-5 years experience in a comparable role, preferable in the sport or fashion industry
- Strong communicational skills and relationship management
- Drive for results
- Profound negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning
- Expert knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel, Power Point)
