The Seats WFM Manager acts as the geo point of contact in ensuring that seats are optimally allocated for all programs. Takes care of seat solutioning for potential ramp ups and ramp downs. Assists the WFM Sr Manager in capturing all program changes and provides recommendations to the Sr Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative relationship with each business unit client.
- Deliver presentations to leadership, maintaining strong communication, proactivity, and effective escalation management.
- Present relevant data trends and analysis findings in clear, concise reports to key stakeholders, demonstrating the implications of those trends on the business.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in identifying and interpreting trends and insights related to the overall operational effectiveness of the business, particularly in workforce seats planning.
- Develop actionable, proactive metrics that drive forecasting capabilities and strategic insights.
- Design reports, scorecards, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to deliver workforce insights and KPIs.
- Manage internal and external relationships with HR Business partners, Finance, and Operations management, acting as a credible and consultative partner who understands both business objectives and HR strategies.
- Highlight key organizational trends and collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify causes, costs, and potential interventions/solutions.
- Lead and mentor multiple teams lead by one or more Assistant Managers.
- Effectively coach and mentor the team of analysts within their span.
