The Workforce Management Lead applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance). The Workforce Management Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Workforce Management Lead assesses organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives. Provides analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning at the enterprise level. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 or more years of Workforce Management experience with 4 of those years in a back-office environment
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience across multiple markets/regions/LOBs
- Ability to negotiate consensus across multiple regions/markets/LOBs
- Experienced in daily interaction with Senior Leadership on operational performance and improvement initiatives
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Degree
- Experience with interpreting and utilizing BI Dashboards for reporting
- Prior experience in Process or Project Management

- Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
- Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$84,600 - $116,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
