Als Werkstudent bei Secusmart wirst Du Teil unseres Secusmart Business Operations / Professional Services Teams. Dein Einsatz trägt zur Qualität und Verbesserung unserer Business Operations / Professional Services Operations bei. Selbstverständlich wirst Du von in die unterschiedlichen Einsatzbereiche eingearbeitet und von Mentoren unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Gestalten / Verbessern von Arbeitsprozessen innerhalb des Ops-Teams sowie was die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams anbelangt
• Definieren von Anforderungen für die Anpassung unserer ERP-Systeme
• Erstellen von internen Wiki-Artikeln und Prozess-Dokumentationen
• Koordinieren des Reparatur-Prozesses (RMA)
• Unterstützen des Backoffice-Teams auf technischer und kaufmännischer Seite im Bereich Order-Management
• Unterstützen bei der Prüfung von Krypto-Smartcards

Dein Profil:

• Du bist eingeschriebener Student der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
• Erfahren im Umgang mit MS Office (vorwiegend Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Interesse am Thema ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
• Interesse am Gestalten und Verbessern von Arbeitsabläufen
• IT-Affinität
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Interesse & Möglichkeit, diesen Job mindestens 2 Jahre auszuüben

Your tasks:

• Designing / improving work processes within the Ops-Team and among other teams
• Defining requirements for the customization of our ERP systems
• Accompanying the ERP system adaptations from a user's point of view
• Creating internal wiki articles and process documentation
• Coordinating the repair process (RMA)
• Supporting the back-office team in the area of order management
• Supporting our technical customer teams in the area of back office tasks
• Support in the testing of crypto smartcards

Your profile:

• Enrollment in the field of Business Administration, Business Engineering or comparable courses of study
• Experienced in MS Office (mainly Excel, but also Word and PowerPoint)
• Interest in the topic of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
• Interest in designing work processes
• Passion for IT
• Very good written and spoken German skills and good English skills
• Interest & ability to do this job for at least 2 years
