Das globale Shopper Panel Team ist verantwortlich für internationale Studien rund um den Shopper und die internationale Entwicklung des Shopper Panel Business. Dabei zählt das Shopper Panel weltbekannte internationale Hersteller und Handelsfirmen zu seinen Kunden.
Zur Unterstützung unseres globalen Shopper Panel Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für mindestens 6 Monate eine/n engagierte/n Werkstudenten/in (m/w/d), welche/r folgende Eigenschaften mitbringt:
Student/in (m/w/d) der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Soziologie, Statistik, Psychologie oder einem ähnlichen Fachbereich
Kommunikationsstärke
Gute analytische Fähigkeiten
Motivation & Interesse an Marktforschung und internationaler Zusammenarbeit
Basis-Kenntnisse der Marktforschung von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Souveräner Umgang mit Microsoft Office (besonders PowerPoint & Excel)
Optional: SPSS-Kenntnisse
Als Werkstudent/in (m/w/d) bist du ein vollwertiges Mitglied unseres Teams und wirst aktiv in unsere Projekte eingebunden. Dazu gehört auch, selbstständig Aufgaben zu übernehmen, wie beispielsweise:
Mitarbeit an unserer Lead Kampagne Behavior Change
Pflege und Gestaltung unserer SharePoint Seiten
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen
Unterstützung bei der statistischen Datenanalyse (Auswertung der Ergebnisse in Excel, ggf. kleine Analysen mit SPSS)
Unterstützung bei der Interpretation und Ableitung von Empfehlungen
Unterstützung im Project Management
Aufbereitung und grafische Darstellung der Erkenntnisse
Markt- & Produktrecherchen

Skills Required
- Currently enrolled in business administration, economics, sociology, statistics, psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Motivation and interest in market research and international collaboration
- Very good German language skills
- Very good English language skills
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Basic market research knowledge
- SPSS knowledge
- Availability for at least six months and 15–20 hours per week
