Sutherland is seeking a proactive, empathetic, and motivated Wellness Intern to support our Wellness Coach in delivering impactful wellbeing initiatives for our teams in Colombia. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about mental health, wellness, and organizational culture to gain hands-on experience while contributing to the wellbeing of others.

As a Wellness Intern, you will play a key supporting role in the implementation and communication of wellness programs. You'll assist in creating awareness of wellbeing resources, coordinating wellness events, gathering employee feedback, and helping develop a positive work environment where both remote and on-site employees can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Wellness Coach in the planning and execution of wellness initiatives, campaigns, and events.

• Assist in the creation and distribution of wellness resources such as newsletters, infographics, and digital content.

• Help coordinate sessions and workshops on topics like stress management, mental health awareness, and work-life balance.

• Participate in the development of a network of wellness champions or mental health first aiders across teams.

• Aid in collecting, organizing, and analyzing employee feedback through surveys and informal check-ins.

• Contribute ideas for new initiatives that promote holistic wellbeing in physical, emotional, and social dimensions.

• Collaborate with wellness vendors and partners to ensure program quality and alignment with local needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• A student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Public Health, Occupational Health, or a related field.

• Passionate about employee wellbeing, mental health, and building supportive workplace cultures.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with data and creating simple reports or presentations.

• Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with survey tools (e.g., Google Forms, MS Forms) is a plus.

• Fluency in Spanish; intermediate English is desirable.
