KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute the content strategy by managing the daily content programming calendar.
- Draft compelling, platform-specific copy for promotional materials and user-facing components.
- Manage the scheduling and deployment of promotional assets to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Support lifecycle marketing efforts through the creation and distribution of email campaigns.
- Rigorously enforce Brand Safety guidelines to protect the platform’s integrity and user experience.
- Perform meticulous quality checks on all user-facing components to ensure functionality and visual accuracy.
- Create, update, and maintain internal wikis and documentation for new platform features and operational workflows.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth department scaling.
- Monitor content performance and platform health.
- Utilize data to provide insights and recommendations for content optimization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating CMS platforms, scheduling tools, and data analytics software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be based in Los Angeles, CA (or willing to commute).
- Quantitative data analysis experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Korean is required.
