Summary:
The Website Manager at Temporal Technologies is pivotal in shaping our online presence and ensuring an exceptional user experience. This role involves building and optimizing web experiences, collaborating closely with design and frontend teams, and driving content strategy and information architecture. The successful candidate will actively partner with RevOps to connect web performance to the sales funnel, contributing significantly to our growth and engagement metrics.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and Optimize Web Experiences: Develop, maintain, and enhance our web presence, ensuring an engaging and seamless user experience.
    • Identify content strategy, needs, updates, and opportunities for website enhancements through the use of data and analytics to draw traffic and build new digital experiences
    • Implement non-engineering website updates, including content, design, and functionality, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with Design and Frontend Teams: Work closely with our design and frontend teams to implement content strategy and information architecture.
  • Develop and Manage Landing Pages: Create and oversee the development of landing pages, ensuring they align with product experience best practices.
  • Performance Reporting and Analysis: Partner with RevOps to connect web metrics to the sales funnel, providing actionable insights and reports.
  • Leverage Web Platforms and Tools: Utilize Contentful, Vercel, Looker, Hotjar, and Segment to manage and optimize web content and performance.
  • Implement Best Practices: Ensure adherence to web best practices, including information architecture and analytics-driven optimization.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in web management or a related field, preferably within the tech or open-source community.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with web platforms and tools such as Contentful, Vercel, Looker, Hotjar, and Segment. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and web analytics.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with open-source communities and a passion for developer engagement and technology innovation.

Compensation

  • The estimated pay range for this role is $117,000 - 147,000
  • This role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan

Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (when applicable) across several geographic markets. Employment offers carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, knowledge, expertise, skillset, market location, and job level assessed during the interview process.
