RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing and updating website content, including images, copy, and multimedia, on the ESRT and ESB websites.
- Write copy and organize details for new ticketing packages on the Empire State Building website.
- Assist the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager with the day-to-day tasks of running a website, including but not limited to building new modules, web pages, and other development related projects with corresponding web developers.
- Audit the website for any inconsistencies and improve content organization and site structure.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure website content aligns with overall branding and messaging strategies.
- Conduct routine audits of website pages to ensure accurate information, functionality, and accessibility.
- Support the monitoring of website performance, including page load times, user behavior, and analytics.
- Develop and propose ideas for visual and content enhancements to improve user experience.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for website troubleshooting and updates.
- Ensure all website changes adhere to SEO best practices and accessibility guidelines.
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or other coding languages.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
- Interest in real estate, sustainability, or digital marketing.

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
