About the Role
We are looking for a Webmaster to ensure our website remains secure, functional, and user-friendly by performing regular updates and troubleshooting issues. You will be responsible for managing content and product updates, optimizing website performance through analytics and SEO, and enhancing the customer experience by addressing feedback and improving usability. You will also collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns, maintain security protocols, and work with external agencies to introduce new features and functionalities.
In this role, you'll get to

1. Website Management
   • Ensure the website is operational, secure, and user-friendly.
   • Perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance.
   • Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with IT teams or vendors for resolution.
2. Content and Product Updates
   • Upload and update product listings, descriptions and images.
   • Ensure content aligns with branding and marketing strategies.
3. Optimization and Analysis
   • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and website trends using analytics tools.
   • Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce bounce rates.
   • Optimize website for speed, mobile usability, and SEO.
4. Customer Experience
   • Monitor and improve the customer journey.
   • Address user feedback to improve functionality and satisfaction.
5. Compliance and Security
   • Implement and maintain website security protocols, including SSL and firewalls.
6. Collaboration
   • Work with marketing teams to implement campaigns, promotions, and ads landing page.
   • Coordinate with website agency to introduce new features and functionalities.

What we’re looking for
Experience

• Between 2 and 5 years of work experience in similar role.

Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of WordPress (including themes, plugins, and PHP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript), server management, and web hosting.

Language Skills

• Proficient in English

Personal Skills

• Proactive & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify issues and troubleshoot and fix website issues independently
• Tools Proficiency: Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console
