Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Webflow Web Developer with a strong background in graphic design and a keen eye for aesthetics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performing websites using
Webflow, while ensuring each project aligns with brand identity and marketing goals. Experience in video editing will be considered a significant advantage, as the role may involve creating or optimizing multimedia content for web and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities 

Web Development & Design:
• Design, develop, and manage responsive, high-quality websites using Webflow.
• Implement engaging animations, interactions, and micro-transitions that enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to translate concepts, wireframes, and mockups into functional websites.
• Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual appeal.

Graphic Design:
• Create visually appealing assets for web and digital platforms (banners, icons, illustrations, infographics, etc.)
• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
• Assist in developing brand identity systems, layouts, and visual guidelines when needed.

Video Editing (Added Advantage):

• Edit and optimize short-form and long-form video content for web, marketing, and social media use.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, and typography to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Ensure all multimedia elements are optimized for fast loading and seamless web integration.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or any other relevant field.
• Proven experience in Webflow website design and development (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)or Figma.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience integrating Webflow with CMS and third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Memberstack, or analytics platforms).
• Knowledge of branding and digital marketing principles.
• Motion graphics design experience.
