We’re looking for a marketing-first website developer with 2-3 years of experience to own our entire website. This isn’t your typical dev role. You’ll be building high-converting landing pages, optimizing for SEO and speed, managing analytics integrations, and helping us turn web traffic into pipeline. If you're someone who loves clean code and clean CTAs, this job is for you.
You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to bring campaigns to life, set up microsites for ABM, and make sure our website isn’t just pretty — but fast, functional, and always converting.
What You’ll do:
Website Development & Maintenance
- Build and maintain our company website with responsive, fast-loading, mobile-first pages.
- Own performance, uptime, and security across all web properties.
- Implement tracking codes (GA4, LinkedIn Insight Tag, HubSpot, etc.) and ensure smooth data flow across platforms.
Landing Pages & Campaign Support
- Create campaign-specific landing pages that are conversion-optimized.
- In-depth knowledge of the Figma interface for seamless transfer of pages built on Figma to Webflow
- Translate Figma designs into functional web pages.
- A/B test layouts, headlines, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure forms, CRMs, and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) are seamlessly integrated.
SEO & Site Optimization
- Know technical SEO best practices (schema, heading hierarchy, meta tags, sitemaps, robots.txt).
- Monitor and improve page speed and mobile performance.
- Run site audits via SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc., and implement fixes.
- Hands-on experience on indexing, canonical tag issue implementation. Also, should have an idea about no index tag, X robots, Meta robots, No index, and no follow.
Analytics & Conversion Tracking
- Set up and manage all analytics tools and tracking pixels.
- Monitor user behavior using Hotjar, heatmaps, and session replays.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights.
Tool Integrations & Automation
Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between the website and:
- HubSpot (CRM and automation)
- GA4, Tag Manager
- Calendly, Chatbots, and other third-party tools
UX, CRO & Experimentation
- Continuously improve site UX based on analytics and feedback.
- Run split tests for headlines, CTAs, layouts — and launch fast.
- Optimize lead forms and reduce friction across the funnel.
Collaboration & Fast Turnarounds
- Be the go-to dev partner for the marketing team.
- Support content uploads (blogs, ebooks, resources) and microsite development.
- Move fast on small requests (e.g., banners, hero updates, CTAs) without compromising code quality.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proficiency in Webflow with experience in HTML, CSS, Java Script for advanced customization and fine-tuning.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO and web performance best practices.
- Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, GA4, Tag Manager, Figma, and Hotjar.
- You can troubleshoot issues quickly and push updates without breaking the site.
- A deep appreciation for marketing strategy and user experience.
