About the role:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Web UX/UI Developer with a focus on CMS systems, particularly Magnolia CMS. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing user interfaces across web, mobile, and social platforms to ensure a seamless and engaging digital experience. You will play a critical role in leading the design thinking process and driving digital transformation initiatives for one of the largest FMCH companies in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UI/UX design efforts for web platforms, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Design and develop user-friendly, responsive interfaces using MagnoliaCMS, ensuring scalability and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and wireframes.
  • Apply design thinking methodologies to create user storyboards and map out user experiences that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Continuously optimize and enhance existing user interfaces to improve performance, speed, and overall user experience.
  • Develop interactive prototypes to test new product ideas, using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Work closely with content managers and developers to ensure the CMS is effectively used, maintaining consistency in branding and UI standards.
  • Ensure that all web applications are accessible, optimized for SEO, and compliant with web standards.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in MagnoliaCMS and Headless CMS architecture is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and knowledge of design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, accessibility, and web performance optimization.
  • Ability to manage the full design lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution, and iterate based on user feedback and analytics data.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and marketing teams.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
