Are you a developer who sees search engines as the ultimate API? Do you thrive on optimizing the code and architecture of major websites to drive massive organic traffic?
We are searching for a Web Performance & SEO Developer to join our global Performance Marketing team. This is a critical hybrid role where you use your developer expertise (.NET, PHP, JavaScript) combined with advanced SEO principles to execute high-impact technical changes. You won't just recommend fixes; you'll implement them, own the strategy, and directly collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure our digital properties achieve maximum visibility, performance, and user experience.
What You'll Be Building & Optimizing
As our SEO Optimization Developer, you are the technical owner of our search performance. Your work directly translates into increased organic revenue and market share.
Platform Implementation & Architecture: Execute, write, and maintain SEO-friendly code across our technology stack (.NET, PHP, etc.). You'll be the one embedding SEO best practices into the core architecture of new features and site updates.
Structured Data & Performance Engineering: Own the technical implementation of advanced SEO strategies, including high-level structured markup (Schema.org), page speed enhancements, and achieving best-in-class Core Web Vitals.
Technical Audits & Resolution: Conduct frequent, deep-dive site audits using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush. You won't just find technical issues (e.g., crawl errors, indexation problems)—you'll resolve them by shipping clean, optimized code.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional global teams to recommend and implement major changes to site architecture and internal linking, elevating domain authority and user experience.
Drive Discoverability: Execute crucial on-page optimizations, including metadata and mobile responsiveness, ensuring our content is perfectly aligned with our content strategy and SEO goals.
What You'll Need to Succeed
We are looking for a developer who is passionate about SEO performance, not just maintenance.
Experience: 3–5+ years of professional experience explicitly combining technical SEO implementation with web development.
Full-Stack Proficiency: Proven ability to develop and implement code in one or more of the following: .NET, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
SEO Tools Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in technical SEO auditing and monitoring tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
Technical SEO Depth: Strong understanding and implementation history of structured data, mobile optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
Collaboration: Experience coordinating implementation efforts and managing requirements across global Product, Engineering, and IT teams.
Global Mindset: Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly across our global teams.
