Job Description:

Likewize is searching for a Web & NPS Analyst to join our team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing data insights needed to drive meaningful improvements in our customer claims journey. Implementing tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity across our online platforms. This role will be crucial in improving our website’s performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing our Net Promotor Score (NPS).

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leverage Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to track and analyze key performance indicators related to our online claims journeys.

  • Utilize NPS data and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and support the creation of action plans.

  • Monitor user behavior across our digital platforms and provide actionable insights to improve the user journey and reduce friction points.

  • Work closely with the UX, Product, and Development teams to implement website changes based on your analysis of user behavior and performance metrics.

  • Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports that track trends, opportunities, and performance.

  • Recommend improvements based on data findings and collaborate cross-functionally to drive enhancements to our web platforms and customer experience.

If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related field or relevant work experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in web analytics or digital marketing, preferably with a focus on customer journeys.

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, (or similar web analytics tools).

  • Strong understanding of NPS methodology and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and improve processes.

  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and present findings to key stakeholders.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
