The Marketing & Operations Coordinator supports marketing initiatives, oversees office operations, resolves customer inquiries, and assists in managing data and workflows.

Design, deliver, and improve warehouse training programs and onboarding; create job aids and SOPs; coach associates; partner with Operations and Safety; track training effectiveness and support rollouts of new processes and technologies.

Lead financial ownership of Pre-Owned programs: manage P&L, drive month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Analyze claims, cost drivers, and unit economics, build KPIs and dashboards, deliver executive-ready variance analysis, and partner cross-functionally to improve margins and loss ratios.

Deliver month-end accounting, reconciliations, billing and invoicing for 3PL customers, inventory and sales transaction reconciliations, labour cost allocations, KPI and profitability reporting, and support continuous improvement, audits and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
