About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven CRO Manager to join our dynamic growth marketing team at Rula. This is a great opportunity to do something that really matters - getting more people access to the mental health care that they need. 

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the user experience and maximize the conversion rates across our digital platforms on website and mobile. 

Your expertise will drive improvements in our website's performance, directly impacting our company's growth and success. 

You’ll report to the Director of Marketing Ops and will be the owner of the web surface area across desktop and mobile to website conversion in partnership with product and marketing channel leads. 

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, web optimization, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hotjar).

• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and user research.

• Excellent understanding of user experience best practices and website design principles.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Design and Developer teams. 

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or related field.

• Scrappy, quick-moving and biased-to-action. 

• Previous experience impacting start-up or early-stage product growth.

• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
