We are looking for a Web Marketing Manager who understands that a website is not just a digital property to maintain, but a performance channel to optimize. This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who can turn traffic into engagement and pipeline. You will own one of the company’s most important

  • Drive measurable improvements in traffic, engagement, and conversion with a focus on pipeline contribution
  • Translate business priorities, campaigns, and GTM motions into high-performing digital experiences

SEO, AEO & Organic Visibility

  • Lead SEO strategy across properties, improving rankings and organic performance for priority pages
  • Expand beyond traditional SEO into Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), including structured data, entity optimization, and AI crawler visibility
  • Adapt web strategy to a zero-click search environment, ensuring brand visibility both on and off-site

Website Experience & Conversion Optimization

  • Optimize UX/UI, page structure, messaging, and user flows to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Partner with Content and Product Marketing to align site experience with audience needs and search intent
  • Develop and test landing pages, templates, and conversion paths that support campaign performance

Analytics, Reporting & Platform Management

  • Own website analytics and reporting across platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Search Console)
  • Build standardized dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks to track performance
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to inform roadmap and optimization priorities

Team Leadership, Operations & Collaboration

  • Manage internal web resources and workflows to support execution and delivery, and partner closely with external agencies for development, optimization, and scale
  • Collaborate across Growth Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and Design teams
  • Act as the internal expert on web performance, sharing insights and recommendations across stakeholders

The starting salary for this role is expected to fall within the range of $85,000 to $95,000 CAD annually, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Required Qualifications:
