cBEYONData is looking for a UI/UX Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant and effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts
• UI Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
• Design Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with project goals
• Design Guidelines: Establish and maintain design guidelines and patterns for consistency
• Accessibility: Ensure designs are accessible and comply with relevant accessibility standards
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Requirements:

• Secret security clearance
• BS/BA Degree or years equivalent in computer science, information systems, business, or other related field
• 5+ years experience designing digital user interfaces or websites.
• At least 5 years developing and testing layouts, interfaces, functionality, and navigation menus to ensure compatibility and usability across browsers / devices.
• Certification in Master Certified Web Professional - Designer (CWP), Certified Web Professional – Web Developer
• Certified Google Data Analytics Professional
• 3+ years of experience using web framework applications as well as Enterprise-side code and processes
• 5+ years of experience evaluating web design following web and accessibility standards and analyzing web use metrics
• Knowledge in designing and testing interfaces and maximizing the usability of digital devices, websites and software
• Customer serving personality within a fast-paced environment
