You’ll be working closely with other engineers as well as our in-house teams of 2D artists, 2D illustrators and mathematicians, all to create prototypes and fully develop games for a wide variety of desktop and mobile platforms.

Your role with us:
As a Web Game Developer, you will be utilised in the development of our games and features, be part of the implementation of game effects, integrate with animations, produce readable and reusable code, and showcase a passion for creating an engaging visual gaming experience - all while promoting high code standards within the team.

What you will do: 

• Development of our Games and Features: Focus on crafting and refining game mechanics and new features to enhance gameplay and user experience, ensuring that each aspect aligns with the overall vision and objectives of the project.
  
• Implementation of Game Effects: Design and integrate visual and audio effects that add excitement and depth to the gaming experience, making gameplay more immersive and engaging for players.
  
• Integration with Animations: Collaborate with animators to seamlessly incorporate animations into the game, ensuring that visual elements work harmoniously to create a fluid and captivating player experience.
  
• Produce Readable and Reusable Code: Write clear, efficient, and maintainable code that can be easily understood and reused across different parts of the game, improving development efficiency and consistency.
  
• Be Passionate About Creating an Engaging Visual Gaming Experience: Bring enthusiasm and creativity to designing visually stunning elements that captivate and engage players, enhancing their overall enjoyment of the game.
  
• Promote High Code Standards Within the Team: Advocate for and adhere to best practices in coding to ensure that all team members produce high-quality, reliable code that meets industry standards and contributes to the game's success.

• Proficiency in building the following features into games: Game UI, End to End Tests, Game Logic and Animations.
• Previous experience helping package and maintain continuous deployments.
• Exposure to PixiJS, Svelte + Svelte Kit, Storybook.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Exposure to Typescript, PlayWright, Xstate, Git, HTML, CSS (SCSS) will be beneficial.
• Slot Machine game knowledge is highly advantageous.
