Web/Front End Designer

Foxit is looking for a Web/Front End Designer to craft engaging and user-friendly websites and digital products. This role focuses on the visual and interactive elements of our web presence, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices. You'll work closely with web developers and product teams to translate requirements into stunning, functional designs.

Core Responsibilities:

Design and develop visually appealing and responsive web interfaces, landing pages, and user paths that enhance user interaction with Foxit's digital products.

Implement design aesthetics with a focus on user experience, including layout, color schemes, typography, and responsive design principles.

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate translation of designs into functional websites, with a focus on front-end aesthetics.

Conduct A/B testing and web analytics review to inform design decisions and improve user engagement.

Stay updated with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices, applying them to Foxit's digital strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and proficiency in creating responsive web designs.

Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).

Solid understanding of user-centered design and web usability standards.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React).

Knowledge of SEO principles and web performance optimization techniques.

Familiarity with web development workflows and version control systems (Git).

Minimum 4 years of industry experience.

Proficiency in Figma for at least 3 years.

Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) expertise for a minimum of 2 years.
