Job DescriptionJob Purpose
Deliver accurate and compliant web intelligence outputs by executing crawling tasks, validating data, and supporting team capability through training and knowledge transfer.
Key Accountabilities
Data Operations & Execution
- Define and create STCs (Sections to Crawl) in line with detailed client requirements.
- Develop, configure, and maintain site processors to support reliable data extraction.
- Execute website crawling activities in accordance with approved STC specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive validation and quality assurance checks on output files.
- Deliver validated data files to expert team members, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all outputs consistently meet established quality, accuracy, and methodological standards.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and follow defined escalation protocols.
- Participate in quality reviews and support corrective actions to address identified issues.
Project & Team Support
- Continuously enhance technical skills to keep pace with evolving business, tools, and client requirements.
- Provide end‑to‑end task training and knowledge transfer to team members, supporting skill development and operational continuity.
Key Deliverables / Success Measures
- High accuracy and completeness of crawled, validated, and delivered data.
- On‑time delivery of outputs in line with client expectations and SLAs.
- Consistent adherence to team methodologies, processes, and quality benchmarks.

QualificationsTechnical / Functional
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data handling and validation.
- Intermediate technical expertise in web technologies, including JSON, XML, HTTP, CSS, JavaScript, and core programming constructs such as loops and conditional logic.
- Experience with NIQ crawling tool IONA.
