Join our dynamic technology team as a skilled Web Engineer. Deliver seamless user experiences, build high-quality web pages, and drive web platform development using the latest technologies.
What you’ll be doing

Implement web applications using a headless CMS within a Next.js environment, ensuring a seamless, dynamic user experience.

Apply technical SEO principles to web projects to improve search engine rankings and visibility.

Develop and implement A/B testing strategies using advanced tools like Optimizely and Adobe Experience Manager to optimize user interactions and improve business outcomes.

Improve website accessibility and performance to meet and exceed web standards.

Develop and integrate APIs, including RESTful services, to connect and scale our web applications efficiently.

Write comprehensive unit and end-to-end tests to ensure application reliability and functionality.

Conduct synthetic testing using Browserstack and Playwright to simulate user interactions and identify potential issues.

Develop and implement a robust QA strategy for all global websites, considering regional and cultural nuances.

Prepare detailed documentation and reports to track progress and share insights across teams.

Collaborate with a distributed team of engineers and project managers to develop and deploy new components and features on the website.
What you bring to the role
-
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web engineering or front-end web development, with a strong portfolio of successful web development projects.

Extensive experience with React.js and/or Next.js; familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager would be a plus.

Experience in browser testing, applying frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and BrowserStack would be a plus.

Proficient in functional testing, including unit and end-to-end testing, with tools like Jest, Mocha, and others.

Strong understanding of technical SEO like XML Sitemaps, canonical links, hreflang and structured data.

Proven expertise in optimizing web performance and accessibility.
Basic Qualifications:

Extensive experience with front-end web development technologies and frameworks.

Proficiency in React.js or Next.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Strong knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility standards.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target.

Prior experience in technical SEO and browser testing frameworks.

Demonstrated expertise in A/B testing and personalization tools.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
