Responsibilities
- Identify, define, and solve most problems.
- Ensure solutions meet specifications, covering the “happy path” and trivial edge cases.
- Plan and deliver oral, written communications that are impactful and persuasive with their intended audiences.

Experience
- 3+ years of experience in software development
Knowledge & Skill
- Proficiency in several languages and technologies used
- Intermediate knowledge of at least one language, paradigm, and framework
- Articulate and express thoughts and ideas using oral, written communication
- Strategic thinking to achieve goals despite obstacles or frustrations
