About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in modern web technologies and a drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced development environment.
You'll be working closely with designers, developers, and cross functional teams to build responsive, high-quality web experiences. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a team player, and someone who thrives on crafting exceptional user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop responsive, accessible, and performance optimized websites using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Next.js, React JS, TypeScript and JavaScript. Expectation would be to start with maintenance initially and start learning to be a part of development team.
* Collaborate with designers and developers using Figma
* Convert mockups and wireframes into clean and maintainable code
* Participate in code reviews and follow version control practices with Git
* Adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities with a flexible mindset
* Work in a collaborative, agile team environment and contribute ideas and improvements
* Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and trends
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 1–2 years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and JavaScript
* 1-2 years of experience working with Next.js and TypeScript
* Strong understanding of responsive web development
* Experience using Git for version control
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
* Demonstrated passion for web development and eagerness to learn
Nice to Have Skills
* Basic knowledge of GraphQL
* Familiarity with WordPress (hybrid/headless)
* Working knowledge of Tailwind CSS and React
* Awareness of Web Accessibility Standards (WCAG 2.1)
* Exposure to DevOps concepts/tools
