The IT Service Design & Development team provides value add by:
Adopting solution architecture principles, and configuring, customizing developing, integrating and testing solutions, based on agreed functional and technical specifications.
Ensuring or setting up Service Level Agreements with stakeholders, and streamlining continuous development and delivery.
Ensuring effective collaboration through integration of all involved operational staff, to meet all regulatory regulations and agreed quality & performance requirements.
A job at this level:
Monitors functional-specific trends and derive recommendation for their (incremental) improvements.
Executes focused research. Create informative reports to support change or adaption for processes and infrastructure systems.
Contributes to projects or processes to improve functional efficiency and effectiveness.
Takes over accomplishment of dedicated (local or function specific) workstream, as part of an overarching infrastructure project
Provides local support and consultancy on dedicated subject matters or processes (e. g. , as 'System Owner', 'Process Owner').
Performs independent judgement on subjects of relevance for the process assigned.
Job Requirements
Experienced developers preferred but not mandatory.
Customer Orientation, Focus on Timely Delivery and Quality, Communication skills, Analytical and Critical Thinking, Problem-solving skills.
