Web Designer Team Lead

We're seeking an experienced web designer who can both create exceptional work and lead a team — inspiring others, teaching effectively, organizing processes, and maintaining high design standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the web design team through effective task assignment, prioritization, deadline tracking, and quality assurance
• Design and develop key web interfaces while establishing comprehensive design systems, guidelines, and visual concepts
• Establish efficient workflows and coordinate with development, product, and marketing teams
• Foster a healthy, productive team environment and resolve conflicts effectively
• Oversee visual quality across all company web products
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members

Key Requirements:

• Impressive portfolio featuring completed web projects (landing pages, websites, web interfaces)
• Previous experience as a team lead or lead designer
• Thorough knowledge of UX/UI principles, typography, and responsive design
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining design systems
• Strong mentoring abilities with a talent for developing team members
• Excellence in communicating ideas and presenting design solutions to diverse audiences
• Flexibility in adapting to changing requirements while maintaining efficient problem-solving
• Strong communication skills with the ability to give and receive feedback constructively
