The Project Manager will support the sourcing, development, coordination, and monitoring of projects eligible under the relevant citizenship by merit legislation. The Project Manager assists in the preparation and administration of project documentation, supports client communications regarding project progress, and contributes to the drafting and organization of citizenship by merit application files, particularly in relation to project merit and client achievements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, developing, and monitoring projects eligible under the relevant citizenship by merit legislation
  • Support the preparation of project summaries, merit narratives, and documentation packs
  • Monitor project milestones and escalate delays or risks to the Senior Project Manager.
  • Assist in presenting eligible projects to prospects and clients in close coordination with the New Business Team.
  • Support ongoing client communications regarding project status and progress.
  • Assist in drafting sections of citizenship application files relating to project merit and client achievements
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with project stakeholders, including NGOs, public institutions, intermediaries, and service providers
  • Support communications with community organizations, government bodies, and donors where required
  • Maintain stakeholder databases and contact records
  • Assist in scheduling status calls, meetings, and application review sessions
  • Track project implementation progress and outcome indicators
  • Collect data required for internal monitoring and stakeholder reporting
  • Assist Senior Project Managers in preparing progress updates, internal summaries, and client reports
  • Assist with portfolio management across multiple projects and applications
  • Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure programs run efficiently and on schedule

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, International Relations, Economics, Law, Public Policy, or a related field
  • Master's or an advanced degree will be considered as an advantage
  •  1–3 years’ experience in project coordination, administration, client services, or regulated environments
  • • Willingness to travel
  •  Strong organizational and documentation skills
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  •  High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and project tracking tool
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing or other related disciplines
  • Master's or an advanced degree will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in the immigration by investment industry
