Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Web Content Optimization Specialist to join our Web & Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning content performance across our digital ecosystem and evolving our web experience to meet the demands of both human users and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven search environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring our content is discoverable, trusted, and authoritative.

This role sits within the Web & Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team and partners closely with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to deliver high-performing digital experiences.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and optimize global website content to support digital initiatives, ensuring all assets are structured for scalability, reuse, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven indexing.

  • Collaborate with User Experience (UX) designers, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to translate complex offerings into intuitive, user-centered digital journeys and action-oriented copy.

  • Ensure compliance with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-E-A-T) principles to maintain brand authority and search visibility.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4–7 years of experience in web content strategy, digital content management, or User Experience (UX) writing.

  • Strong knowledge of modern Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven search, entity-based optimization, and search intent modeling.

  • Proven ability in writing for conversion and engagement, utilizing behavioral and performance data to continuously improve messaging and user journey progression.

  • Technical proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Sitecore, and a working knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
