Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and result oriented Platform Performance Manager to lead and guide the technical analysis team.

The Platform Performance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring our platform operates at peak performance, delivering a seamless and efficient user experience. The focus will be on three main areas: Strategy and Collaboration, Solution and Stakeholder Management, and Change Managmenet.

  • Manage and optimize analytics tracking systems and tools (Adobe Analytics, Domo), ensuring accurate and consistent reporting across the organization.
  • Collaborate with development and engineering teams to design and maintain data architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and accessibility of data for analytics and reporting purposes.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive accountability and a deeper level of understanding of the efficacy of our products and their customer’s journey.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to track performance metrics, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Build requirements for, and partner with data and technology teams to create necessary analytics tracking framework and process.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analytics professionals, foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Own, maintain and communicate a clear analytics and technology roadmap in a way that's linked to business needs and ensures efficient and focused use of development resources.

  • Encourage collaboration among matrix team members.
  • Problem solve and remove blockers. Operationally coordinate the approach and output of a matrix team of experts, keeping short and long term goals in mind and adjusting as needed.
  • Assess team progress as the build moves into each new phase of the creative lifecycle.

  • Create and maintain necessary documentation related to processes, content, and guidelines.
  • Partner with other product owners and platform leads to ensure seamless integration into the Core platform.
  • Manage expectations and feedback, act as a bridge to stakeholders to ensure effective communication of product updates and milestones.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role focused on website strategy and digital content.
  • Experience with web analytics, survey, and feedback platforms like Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Tealium.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing analytics approaches and roadmaps.
  • Comfortable with operating in a hybrid work environment where you’ll be expected to proactively take charge of strategy and ownership over key success metrics.
  • Strong conceptual design skills that translate user and business needs into successful digital experiences.
  • Must have detailed knowledge of digital marketing channel management including SEO, SEM, Marketing Automation, Display, Remarketing, Personalization). 
  • Detailed knowledge of digital analytic platforms and research tools to drive decision making.
  • Proven experience in cultivating organizational change and creating buy-in for new initiatives through market mastery and data-driven approach.
