United Wholesale Mortgage is looking for a Web Server Administrator II to join our team. Our Web Server Administrators are responsible for our business-critical applications that power UWM forward. As a Web Server Administrator you will have a deep understanding of our applications and how they interact and will be responsible for maintaining the foundation for our custom built applications.


This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization, either now or in the future. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Manage Web Server Environment
  • Server provisioning, decommissioning and troubleshooting; consisting of various applications
  • Monitor systems uptime and performance
  • Ensure server environments meet security requirements and kept up to date with Windows Patches
  • Install and upgrade software based on established procedures
  • Create and maintain design, operation and procedure documentation
  • Provide status reporting on projects and issues to leadership
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems, including user access and component configuration.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects and issue resolution
  • Provide technical guidance to lesser-experienced web administrators
  • Participate in rotating on-call coverage or emergency response as needed
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional experience administering IIS Webservers in a production environment
  • Experience in building, maintaining and upgrading Windows Server 2019+
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • On-site attendance Monday-Friday

Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • BS or BA degree in Information Systems
  • MCP or MCSA
  • SCCM software deployment and imaging
