Wealth Sales Manager
What This Role Is About
As a Wealth Sales Manager, you play a key leadership role in shaping how customers experience our bank, and how your team grows and succeeds.
You’ll lead a team of Wealth Portfolio Specialists in an office based, tele consulting environment, supporting them to engage customers confidently, responsibly, and effectively. At the same time, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to grow business pipelines, strengthen customer outcomes, and build a high performing, future ready team.
In addition to leading and developing the team, you will actively engage customers and market wealth and insurance solutions, demonstrate best in class sales behaviours and serving as a role model for your team.
The Wealth Sales Manager role carries both individual and team performance accountabilities, measured through clearly defined scorecards aligned to business outcomes, customer experience and risk standards.
This role goes beyond hitting numbers, it’s about building people, developing capabilities, and creating a culture where good performance and good customer outcomes go hand in hand.

Lead, coach and develop a team of Wealth Portfolio Specialists to drive strong tele consulting effectiveness, productivity and achievement of financial KPIs

Manage risk effectively by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies and governance standards across all tele consulting activities
Work closely with the Wealth Portfolio Specialist, and internal stakeholders to execute business plans and improve sales and conversion outcomes
Drive customer acquisition and lead generation through participation in sales roadshows, customer events and outreach activities
Develop and implement team level strategies to improve call quality, customer engagement and overall performance, using data and insights to guide decisions
Grow business pipelines through internal referrals, campaigns, partnerships and cross team collaboration
Build and scale the Team by hiring, onboarding and retaining quality talent from banks, financial institutions and approved recruitment partners
Partner internal recruitment teams and represent OCBC at career booths, career talks and engagement sessions at Polytechnics and Universities
