About the Role
As an Engineer in Micron's High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Component Validation team, you will contribute to validation development for advanced HBM products, ensuring stable, scalable validation testing infrastructure with zero code-related escapes across HBM validation.

Responsibilities

• Test program development
  • Develop and maintain test programs for HBM component validation
  • Deliver timely test program releases aligned with validation milestones
  • Support test time optimization and parallelism improvements
  • Support test stability and repeatability across sites and equipment
  • Run and debug programs on component validation testers
• Test Infrastructure:
  • Support test equipment qualification and re-qualification
  • Assist in hardware readiness setup for handler, socket, etc
• Other responsibilities may include (and not limited to):
  • Validating high-speed I/O and assist with eye diagram and signal integrity checks.
  • Deliver through version control, Agile tracking and Collaboration tools.
  • Participate in root cause analysis sessions and assist in corrective action closure.
  • Collaborate across Component Validation team and with cross-functional teams for design validation, execution, electrical failure analysis, lab support and attend technical meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic or Computer Engineering (or related).
• 2+ years experience in semiconductor product engineering (DRAM/HBM preferred): with proven experience in test pattern and code development (C/C++, Python) and work experience on ATE (Teradyne, Advantest etc ) and familiarity with APG (Algorithmic Pattern Generator).
• Applicants with proven experience in Analog Mixed Signal design and verification or ASIC design and verification or silicon validation may be considered.
• Knowledgable in DRAM Architecture, DFT/ functional testing (loopback, MBIST, scan etc).
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environment, repository systems and collaboration and Agile project management tools like Confluence, Jira etc
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving skills; flexibility to contribute in a fast-paced environment and Interest in AI, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
