Wealth Management Operations - Fees & Accruals (4-Month Contract)

As a key member of our Wealth Management Operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our wealth management services to our clients. What you do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Processing and reconciling fees and accruals for our wealth management products
- Conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on fees and accruals-related matters
- Collaborating with other teams to implement process improvements and enhance client service
Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as finance or accounting
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including wealth management products

Skills Required

  • Degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
