KKR’s Client Operations team owns and operates most dimensions of the client lifecycle. We are responsible for the client interactions, underlying operating models, and overarching strategy related to client onboarding, product onboarding, capital activity, communications, inquiry servicing, offboarding, and more. POSITION SUMMARY
KKR seeks to recruit an experienced professional to focus on wealth investor relations for registered and private products across all alternative asset classes. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of registered and private offering logistics at platform partners (private banks, wirehouses, RIAs, custodians, or independent broker/dealers), with a view into operational processes and the financial professional experiences transacting in alternatives. The individual will work seamlessly with KKR’s Global Wealth Solutions (“GWS”) sales team, supporting financial advisors and their KKR relationship managers in designated territories, as well as liaise frequently with the finance, investment, product, and legal/compliance teams of each of the relevant businesses at KKR. The ideal candidate will be comfortable facing clients and building strong relationships with KKR’s partner firms and financial professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Field inquiries from Financial Advisors, Investors & internal stakeholders regarding KKR investment offerings.
- Support operational nuances of KKR offerings on platforms (private banks, wirehouses, RIAs, custodians, or independent broker/dealers).
- Develop strong understanding of distribution partners’ operational platforms and processes and become resident KKR expert for Advisor and KKR inquiries, build strong relationships with platform operations personnel.
- Liaise with KKR investment teams, finance and third-party transfer agents relating to client inquiries, problem resolution and reconciliation.
- Work with legal and compliance to ensure adherence to key regulatory requirements and offering rules.
- Assist in ad hoc projects / research to support GWS business initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Investor Relations and Alternative Asset Class Expertise (Comprehensive knowledge of alternatives, with an emphasis on private markets products)
- 5+ years of experience in investor relations, including a depth of expertise for ongoing product management of alternative funds targeted at Accredited Investors and Qualified Purchasers.
- Experience with Wealth Platforms and Fund Service Providers
- Ability to develop relationships with private wealth platforms including private banks, wirehouses, RIAs or independent broker/dealers
- Excellent academic credentials including an undergraduate degree
- Possess strong computer and excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects/inquiries simultaneously
- Series 7 License (preferred)

This is the expected annual base salary range for this New York-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
Base Salary Range
$125,000—$150,000 USD
