This is an on-site employment opportunity in Chesterfield, MO that would allow you to support Financial Advisors associated with LPL Financial. The financial advisors operate under our Employee Advisor Model. You will join a team that is dedicated to helping clients in every stage of their financial life.

(Candidate is expected to be in the office 5 days a week - NOT REMOTE)

Job Overview:

The primary role of the Wealth Associate is to provide investment and relationship management support to an advisor or team of advisors, including any and all daily, monthly, and annual research & reporting tasks to support the end-client's needs. The Wealth Associate helps the advisor maintain his or her practice and contribute to the business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer services skills and a proven ability to adapt to a changing work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Possess knowledge and demonstrate ability to assist Financial Advisors in presenting total wealth management solutions and deliver financial planning
  • Participate in portfolio performance reviews; analyze and interpret portfolio performance and make recommendations to financial advisors for potential change
  • Provide support for client relationship building and effective service model execution
  • Effectively deliver and launch sales process discipline, helping to prospect for new business and expand client relationships
  • Perform business analytics as needed to support financial advisors in the growth of the business
  • Assist with various documentation requirements for new business
  • Keep client management systems up-to-date with client information

Requirements:

  • FINRA Series 7 & Series 66
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Business Administration
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners
  • Ability to analyze and research information with a logical approach to problem solving

Preferred:

  • 5 years of experience in wealth management, within the finance sector preferred

Pay Range:

$71,000.00 - $118,300.00


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
